Approach — a compact rigid-flex build that survives repeated flexing, board-level shielding for the radio, and a per-unit serialized record from component intake to final test. Wide-Temperature IoT Gateway for Factory Floors

Challenge — an always-on gateway that must keep running in dusty, vibrating, temperature-swinging plant environments. Approach — an FR-4 layout with conformal coating over the whole assembly, over-voltage and surge protection on the field ports, and components derated for extended temperature. Result — a low-maintenance controller that runs unattended for long intervals across multiple customer sites.

Challenge — a vision board that has to keep high-speed memory interfaces stable inside a rugged enclosure. Approach — an HDI stack with controlled impedance on the LPDDR4 bus, signal-integrity budgeting between the processor and the camera interface, and a wide-temperature bill of materials. Result — a pilot run that met performance targets, now under evaluation for scale-up.

Approach — a metal-core construction for heat spreading, wide copper pours on the high-current path, and a hardened EMC design verified against conducted and radiated emission limits.
